You will participate in store visual presentation and loyalty-building initiatives, while collaborating with colleagues to deliver premium customer experiences and maintain sustainability-focused practices.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and store KPI's while upholding Zimmermann’s brand standards.
• Provide exemplary client service aligned with the brand’s global vision.
• Acquire and grow the Zimmermann client database through professional client relationships.
• Maintain high standard of visual presentation reflecting brand directives.
• Understand store operations, stock and loss prevention policies.
• Contribute to team training on product knowledge, sustainability, diversity and health and safety.
