CELINE is seeking a Client Advisor for its USA stores to drive luxury retail sales while building a strong client book. You will leverage product knowledge to maximize transactions, manage consignments, and promote events. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, data capture for CRM, and collaboration with store teams to maintain brand image and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a retail setting, preferably luxury.
• Computer literate; able to learn multiple software packages.
• Client books strongly preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet store sales targets and consignment goals.

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process with the result of maximizing sales, units sold per transaction, and the dollar value of each transaction
• Adhere to all company policies
• Capture all relevant customer information for entry in database
• Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes
• Maintain and expand a client book
• Consistently follow up with any shipping, alteration, or other issues related to clients
• Assist in general housekeeping and the maintenance of the store image
• Support shipping and receiving and inventory control as requested

KEYS FOR SUCCESS

Education: Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Work Experience

Experience:

• Position requires minimum 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury setting
• Computer literate; learn and use various software packages

The base compensation for this position ranges from $23.00- $26.00 per hour. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
