Job summary

Falconeri seeks a luxury retail associate at the New York Hudson Yards flagship. You will capture customer data, manage client books, and drive personal sales with guidance from the Store Manager. Demonstrate expert product knowledge and leverage fashion expertise to inspire customers.

Strong English communication plus Chinese or Russian language ability is preferred. Flexibility for holidays and weekends is required, and the role includes a generous benefits package and uniform provisions.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the US for any Employer.
• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in customer service and luxury retail.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and sales skills.
• Commitment, self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Impeccable presentation and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Bilingual in Chinese or Russian is preferred for Hudson Yards location.

Responsibilities

• Capture customers’ information using multiple means and follow up.
• Client Book Management including follow up with clients regarding their shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals with Store Manager guidance.
• Demonstrate full product knowledge to maximize sales opportunities.
• Utilize fashion expertise to inspire others and build team partnerships.
• Partner with the Manager to leverage internal systems for KPIs tracking.
• Support managers in maintaining visual and housekeeping standards.
• Operate the POS system and manage opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and immediate backroom organization.
