Falconeri, an Italian fashion house, is seeking a sales-focused associate for its Hudson Yards flagship. You will capture customer information, nurture client relationships, and drive personal sales while showcasing Falconeri’s cashmere collections for men and women.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, high standards of service, and collaboration with store leadership in a luxury, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the US for any Employer.
• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service and luxury retail industry.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and sales skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
• Commitment, being self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Impeccable presentation and the ability to thrive in a demanding environment.
• Problem solving mindset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekend.
• Additional language proficiency may be preferred or required depending on the customer base of store location.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, for a short distance engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Capture customers’ information using multiple means to communicate, utilizing phone and written follow-up contact
• Client Book Management including follow up with clients regarding their shopping experience, potential inquiries such as product care instructions
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals agreed upon with your Store Manager
• Demonstrate a full knowledge of the product including benefits to maximize the sales opportunities
• Utilize your fashion expertise to inspire others and build collaborative partnerships in a team-focused environment
• Partnering with the Manager to leverage knowledge of internal systems to conduct business analyses and keep track of both store and individual KPIs
• Supporting managers in maintaining the visual and housekeeping standards of the store
• Able to successfully operate our POS system, send eod emails, opening and closing procedures
• Store Cleanliness: at our stores, we take great pride in providing our customers with a clean and well-maintained shopping environment. This includes the cleanliness and organization of the store: including but not limited to the salesfloor, fitting rooms, cash desk area, and backroom areas. As a retail employee, you are expected to take the initiative of upkeeping the cleanliness in the store

This position requires proficiency in Chinese and Russian to provide effective customer service at Hudson Yards location. A significant portion of customers interactions that prefer to speak in Chinese and Russian, including but not limited to assistance with purchases, explaining product details, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
