Falconeri in New York is seeking an enthusiastic retail associate to deliver exceptional customer service and drive luxury sales. You will manage client records, respond to inquiries, and work with the team to maintain a premium shopping environment.

The role requires strong communication, product knowledge, and the ability to meet personal sales targets while supporting store operations and visual standards. A willingness to work a flexible schedule and holidays is essential.

Responsibilities

• Capture customer information using multiple communication methods (phone and written follow-up).
• Maintain client book and follow up on shopping experience and product care inquiries.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals with Store Manager guidance.
• Demonstrate full product knowledge to maximize sales opportunities.
• Utilize fashion expertise to inspire customers and collaborate with team.
• Support managers in using internal systems to analyze store and individual KPIs.
• Help maintain visual and housekeeping standards of the store.
• Operate POS system, send end-of-day emails, and manage opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure a clean, well-maintained store environment (sales floor, fitting rooms, cash desk, backrooms).

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Be responsible for capturing customers’ information using multiple means to communicate, utilizing phone and written follow-up contact
• Client Book Management including follow up with clients regarding their shopping experience, potential inquiries such as product care instructions
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals agreed upon with your Store Manager
• Demonstrate a full knowledge of the product including benefits to maximize the sales opportunities
• Utilize your fashion expertise to inspire others and build collaborative partnerships in a team-focused environment
• Partnering with the Manager to leverage knowledge of internal systems to conduct business analyses and keep track of both store and individual KPIs
• Supporting managers in maintaining the visual and housekeeping standards of the store
• Able to successfully operate our POS system, send eod emails, opening and closing procedures
• Store Cleanliness: at our stores, we take great pride in providing our customers with a clean and well-maintained shopping environment. This includes the cleanliness and organization of the store: including but not limited to the salesfloor, fitting rooms, cash desk area, and backroom areas. As a retail employee, you are expected to take the initiative of upkeeping the cleanliness in the store

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Eligibility to work in the US for any Employer
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service and contemporary or luxury retail industry
• Excellent verbal, written communication and sales skills, with a strong customer service orientation
• Commitment, being self-motivated and goal oriented
• Impeccable presentation and the ability to thrive in a demanding environment
• Problem solving mindset
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekend
• Additional language proficiency may be preferred or required depending on the customer base of store location.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, for a short distance engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.)

Language Skills (Essential Functions:

This position requires proficiency in Chinese/Mandarin to provide effective customer service at our NY locations, due to a significant portion of customers interactions that prefer to speak in Chinese, including but not limited to assistance with purchases, explaining product details, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
