AMIRI is seeking an enthusiastic Client Advisor for our Chicago boutique to deliver exceptional service, exceed sales goals, and build lasting client relationships through deep product knowledge and refined selling techniques.

You will engage clients in person, over the phone, and via email, maintain a dynamic local and international client book, support merchandising and store operations, and collaborate with management to resolve client issues while upholding luxury standards.

Qualificações

• 1+ years in Retail Sales or Client Service, luxury environment
• High school or equivalent education preferred
• Ability to develop strong lasting client relationships using communication and follow-through

Responsabilidades

• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
• Maintain a welcoming client-focused environment with service in person, over the phone, and via electronic communication.
• Demonstrate product knowledge by detailing craftsmanship and story of AMIRI pieces.
• Develop and grow local and international client book and network.
• Collaborate with store and corporate teams to resolve client issues for business benefit.
