AMIRI is seeking a Client Advisor for our San Marcos Premium Outlets store to deliver exceptional service, hit individual sales goals, and build lasting client relationships through expert product knowledge and luxury boutique experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years in retail sales or client service in a luxury environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and follow-through on client needs.
• Knowledge of AMIRI brand and product storytelling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs (sales volume, UPT, ADT).
• Provide best-in-class service in-person, over the phone, and electronically.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and storytelling to clients.
• Build and grow local and international client book/network.
• Support floor moves, merchandising, and inventory control as needed.
• Assist in packing, wrapping, and maintaining store standards.
