Job summary

AMIRI, a global luxury house, seeks a Client Advisor for The Mall at Short Hills. You will deliver exceptional client service, leverage in-depth product knowledge, and drive sales while building lasting client relationships. The role requires strong communication and a passion for fashion, with flexibility for evening and weekend shifts in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

1+ years retail sales or client service in luxury goods.
High school education or equivalent.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPI targets (sales volume, units per transaction, average dollar per transaction).
Provide best-in-class client service in-person, by phone, and via digital channels.
Demonstrate expert product knowledge and storytelling to clients.
Develop and grow local and international client book/network.
Collaborate with store and corporate teams to resolve client issues and protect business interests.
Support floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping as needed.
Assist in packing, wrapping, and handling merchandise.
Participate in inventory and cycle counts and safeguard store assets.
