Qualifications

• 1+ years Retail Sales or Client Service in luxury goods.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and organization to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals (KPI, ADS, UPT).
• Deliver best-in-class service in person, by phone, and digitally.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and storytelling of craftsmanship.
