Job summary

AMIRI is seeking a Client Advisor for our Miami Design District boutique. You will deliver quality client service, hit individual sales goals, and build lasting relationships through expert product knowledge and selling techniques.

Responsibilities include maintaining a welcoming, client-focused environment, partnering with management to resolve issues, and supporting merchandising, inventory, and floor moves as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years Retail Sales and/or Client Service experience in a luxury consumer goods environment.
• High school or equivalent education, preferred.
• Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with people through communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
• Provide outstanding customer service across all mediums (in-person, written, phone, etc).
• Read, count, and write to complete all business and client-related transactions accurately.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work shifts with flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Operate all equipment (phones, cash register, computers) and other office gear.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift/move items up to ~30 lbs.
• Willingness to adhere to all company policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual Sales Goals and KPI including UPT and ADT.
• Maintain a welcoming client-focused environment with best-in-class service in person, on the phone, and online.
• Demonstrate product knowledge by detailing craftsmanship and narrative of products.
• Develop vast local and international client book and network.
• Collaborate with store and corporate teams to resolve client issues in the business's favor.
• Participate in floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping as needed.
• Assist in preparing, packing, and wrapping merchandise on request.
• Contribute to inventory and cycle counts and protect assets by following procedures.
