Job summary

AMIRI in the Miami Design District is seeking a charismatic Sr. Client Advisor to deliver exceptional client service, meet individual sales goals, and build lasting relationships through expert product knowledge and luxury selling techniques.

You will drive results, create a welcoming client-focused environment in person, over the phone, and online, and work with management to resolve client issues while contributing to floor moves, merchandising, and inventory control.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Retail Sales and/or Client Service experience in a luxury consumer goods environment.
• Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with people through communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
• Provide outstanding customer service across all mediums (in-person, written, phone, etc).
• Read, count, and write to accurately complete all business and client-related transactions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPI such as volume, UPT, and ADT.
• Maintain a positive, team-first attitude and drive for results.
• Offer best-in-class service in-person, over the phone, and via electronic communication.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and engage clients through craftsmanship narratives.
• Collaborate with management to resolve client issues in the best interest of the business.
• Participate in in-floor moves, merchandising, and housekeeping as needed.
• Assist with packing, wrapping merchandise, and inventory cycles.
• Support opening and closing procedures as keyholder.
