LVMH Group is seeking a Client Advisor in our Miami boutique to deliver best-in-class service and cultivate strong client relationships. You will leverage product knowledge and storytelling to drive sales and contribute to boutique performance with a client-centric approach.

Responsibilities include growing a personal client portfolio, achieving KPIs, and acting as a brand ambassador both in-store and beyond the boutique environment. Weekend and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Retail Sales and Client Service, preferably luxury goods
• Strong client service mindset with ability to build lasting relationships
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and KPI
• Comfort with in-person, phone, and email outreach to clients

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio with focus on retention and lifetime value
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPI (sales volume, UPT, ADS)
• Act as a brand ambassador within and beyond the boutique
• Provide best-in-class service across in-store, phone, and electronic channels
• Assist in inventory, stock organization, and boutique operations
