Job summary

Prada Group in Beverly Hills seeks a Client Advisor to represent the brand and guide clients through the world of Prada, Miu Miu and related labels. You will deliver a memorable luxury customer experience and build lasting client relationships.

You will leverage knowledge of fashion trends and an omnichannel approach to maximize sales while upholding brand standards. Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus. This is a full‑time on-site role at Neiman Marcus.

Qualifications

• Passion for selling and stores.
• Curiosity and interest in luxury/fashion, art and design.
• Experience of building a long-lasting relationship with clients.
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ambition, resilience, self motivation, result driven and problem solving.
• Passion and knowledge of the managed product category.
• English proficiency required; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Place the customer at the center, creating a welcoming environment and delivering excellent service.
• Capture customer data in the CRM to connect and develop personalized relationships.
• Embrace and promote the Omni Channel mindset.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent, exceptional experience.
• Welcome and serve customers with an in-store luxury experience.
• Engage in cross selling to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and competitors.
• Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
• Handle customer complaints by liaising with the line manager.
• Maintain shop floor and displays to high standards, following guidelines.
• Help ensure security and prevent product theft.
