Job summary

Prada Group’s Miu Miu brand is seeking a luxury retail ambassador to guide clients through the world of the brands and deliver an extraordinary customer experience.

You will be responsible for maximizing sales, capturing client data in the CRM, and promoting an Omni Channel mindset while maintaining brand standards and teamwork. English proficiency is required and passion for luxury fashion is essential.

Qualifications

• Passion for selling and stores.
• Curiosity and interest in luxury/fashion, art and design.
• Experience of building a long-lasting relationship with clients.
• Being able to work in team as well as alone.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ambition, resilience, self motivation, result driven and problem solving.
• English is a must other languages are a plus.

• Engage in cross-selling with all departments to maximize sales and reach KPIs.
• Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors and demonstrate brand knowledge.
• Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism.
