You will capture client data in the CRM, nurture relationships through follow-up, and support omnichannel selling while meeting sales KPIs. You will maintain fashion knowledge, visual standards, stock procedures, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers, identify their needs, and provide personalized service throughout the client journey.
• Capture client information in the CRM and develop relationships through personalized follow-up.
• Support omnichannel selling, cross-sell across departments, and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain product and fashion knowledge, shop floor standards, visual displays, and stock procedures.
• Address customer complaints and contribute to store security and a positive team environment.
