Job summary

Brobston Group LLC in Palm Desert seeks a Client Advisor to deliver luxury retail service, build client relationships, and drive sales by leveraging client outreach, appointments, and in-store events.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will maintain product knowledge, support visual standards, and participate in opening/closing procedures and cycle counts, with availability for weekends and holiday season.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and build a loyal client following.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a polished, professional appearance.
• Availability for closing shifts (minimum 3 per week), at least 3 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month, annual inventory, and holiday season.
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor, climb a ladder, and lift packages of 5-8 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach, appointments, and consignments.
• Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and selling techniques such as cross-selling and upselling to maximize transactions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and update client profile records regularly.
• Maintain high product knowledge through trainings and support merchandise presentation and visual standards.
• Assist with basic opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, and light store maintenance as requested.
