Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Retail/boutique experience selling high-end goods with a clientele-oriented focus; ideally has an established clientele following.
• Availability for variable scheduling including weekend and seven-day operation needs.
• Outgoing, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, time management.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and manage communications consistent with brand standards.
• Set the example for exceptional customer service, client experience, visual merchandising, and store standards.
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise presentation, and inventory standards; open and close the store.
• Support operational tasks, events, and local market outreach.
