Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in luxury or premium retail or client-focused environment.
• Experience serving international or multilingual clients preferred.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and deliver luxury experiences aligned with Moncler standards.
• Build long-term relationships via personalized service and clienteling.
• Understand client needs and recommend products and services.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs (ADT, UPT, conversion).
• Maintain product knowledge and brand heritage.
• Process transactions, special orders, and omnichannel requests.
• Maintain store standards and visual merchandising.
