LA MAISON JACQUEMUS is seeking a City Manager to lead a high-end boutique and concessions with a strong focus on sales performance and client development in the Miami area. You will collaborate with the Paris HQ, train staff, and ensure brand standards across doors including a Bloomingdale's concession and the Soho flagship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in luxury retail management or equivalent.
• Proven track record of opening or growing a retail location.
• Experience managing multi-door or concession environments is a strong asset.
• Established local network in the Miami luxury market or ability to build one quickly.
• Excellent client events conceiving and executing for revenue growth.

Responsabilités

• Develop, train, and motivate associates to exceed sales objectives while maintaining retail excellence.
• Lead on the selling floor; coach and motivate the team.
• Manage clienteling and acquisition efforts to grow the customer base and retention.
• Analyze store KPIs and implement action plans to hit targets.
• Ensure highest level of customer service and brand alignment.
• Oversee payroll integrity and scheduling; manage P&L for the store.
• Recruit, develop and retain top talent with clear career paths.
• Coordinate store openings and ongoing operations of concessions and flagship.
