Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of catering or event sales experience in luxury hospitality.
• Proven ability to generate new business, meet revenue goals, and convert inquiries into events.
• Strong knowledge of event planning, F&B service, contracts, and banquet operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Professional presence, discretion, and ability to manage multiple events and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Generate catering and event revenue through prospecting, referrals, networking, and relationships with planners and businesses.
• Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to contracts, deposits, and handoffs.
• Create tailored proposals reflecting clients’ visions while aligning with revenue goals.
• Develop business for social events, corporate gatherings, weddings, and private dining.
• Prepare event details and banquet event orders with clear menus, timelines, and setup requirements.
• Coordinate handoffs with operational teams to ensure seamless execution.
