Job summary

HVMG is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to lead the planning and execution of catered events at Palm Beach Gardens Marriott. You will work closely with clients to ensure every detail exceeds expectations, coordinating with culinary and banquet teams to deliver seamless experiences that drive guest satisfaction and revenue.

You will build relationships with clients and third parties, respond to RFPs, execute contracts and BEOs, and communicate client expectations to the hotel team.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is a plus.
• A college degree or two years of hotel experience.
• Previous experience in a similar or related position.
• Additional consideration will be given to applicants who have completed special certifications.

Responsibilities

• You will build excellent relationships with clients, third parties, and community organizations in order to generate catering business for the hotel.
• Your daily tasks will include prospecting for new business, responding to incoming RFPs and inquiries, executing contracts and BEOs, and communicating client expectations to the hotel team.
• Your boss is the Director of Sales [Director of Catering].
