Job summary

The Ben Hotel is seeking a Social Catering Sales Manager in West Palm Beach to drive social catering business across weddings, galas, and private events. You will build client relationships, lead site tours, and deliver tailored proposals to maximize revenue while coordinating with hotel teams for flawless execution.

Ideal candidates bring luxury hospitality experience, a keen eye for detail, and a strong track record in event sales.

Qualifications

• Post-high school education preferred.
• Experience in catering sales, event sales, or luxury hospitality.
• Ability to travel locally; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, negotiate, and secure new and repeat social catering business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, wedding planners, vendors, and partners.
• Conduct personalized site tours to showcase event spaces and luxury guest experience.
• Create tailored proposals, contracts, menus, and event plans to maximize revenue.
• Plan and upsell event elements including space, menus, beverages, decor, entertainment, AV, timelines, and requests.
• Prepare accurate contracts and banquet event orders; ensure seamless execution with hotel teams.
