Job summary

Madison Beach Hotel is seeking a Catering Administrative Assistant who is organized, energetic, and personable to support our luxury hospitality events from planning through guest departure. You will provide administrative support to the Catering and Events team, prepare BEOs, manage guest rooming lists, and coordinate with departments.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience in hospitality, catering, event planning, or administrative roles is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient computer and administrative skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Catering and Events team.
• Assist with preparing Banquet Event Orders and distribute updated event information to departments.
• Create event guest rooming lists.
• Track changes and communicate updates clearly and promptly.
• Assist with billing, deposits, purchase orders, and other administrative tasks.
