Job summary

Coach is seeking a Lead Cashier to deliver exceptional service at the cashwrap, greet customers, and uphold Coach Service standards while ensuring accuracy in transactions.

In this role you will promote the Insider Program, process returns and repairs, train junior cashiers, and maintain an organized, clean cashwrap. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and peak seasons is required; strong English and prior luxury retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
• Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
• Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
