Job summary

Coach is seeking a Lead Cashier to deliver exceptional customer experiences at the cashwrap, maintain operational accuracy, and support team development in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

As a brand ambassador, you will promote the Insider Program, handle returns and exchanges, train junior cashiers, and ensure compliance with all policies; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and peak season.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
• Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
• Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
