Job summary

Coach is seeking a Lead Cashier to deliver exceptional service at the cashwrap and uphold Coach Service standards. You will act as a brand ambassador, handle transactions accurately, and support team development in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities include processing returns, mentoring cashiers, promoting the Insider Program, and maintaining organized, compliant cashwrap operations while providing friendly, knowledgeable service to every customer.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered
• Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency. (for EU)

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
• Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
• Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
