Job summary

Coach is seeking a Lead Cashier to deliver exceptional service at the cashwrap, maintain accuracy, and support team development in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. You will greet customers, promote the Insider Program, handle returns and exchanges, manage cash, and keep the checkout area organized while upholding Coach Service standards.

Schedule may include nights, weekends, and peak periods. Prior experience in luxury retail with POS familiarity is preferred, and strong English

Qualifications

• 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency (for US market).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
• Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
• Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
