Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression
• Act as ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with policies
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
• Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence
