Job summary

Coach is seeking a Lead Cashier to provide outstanding customer service at the cashwrap, supporting the team and upholding Coach Service standards. You will handle transactions, returns, and assist with training while promoting the Insider Program.

The role requires 1+ year in cashier/retail roles, familiarity with POS systems, and strong English. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is typical for this position.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout and greet customers warmly.
• Act as ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling and compliance with policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits.
• Keep cashwrap organized, monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
