Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of El Cajon seeks a dynamic Sales Professional to showcase new and pre-owned vehicles, explain features, and guide customers through purchase options. You will build relationships, meet or exceed quotas, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with product knowledge and promotions.

The role emphasizes a professional appearance, strong communication, and a willingness to prospect and close sales in a team-driven, process-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Customer Service in a High Line Retail Environment Preferred.
• Mercedes-Benz Sales experience a big PLUS!!
• Luxury Auto Dealership experience a PLUS!!
• Previous experience in a similar role a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates vehicles by explaining features, taking test drives, and comparing models.
• Assists customers with vehicle selection and financing options.
• Promotes model options, warranty, and service packages following dealership policies.
• Maintains accurate sales documentation and high CSI.
