Job summary

Mercedes Benz of Tacoma is hiring for a high-volume luxury automotive sales role. You will engage customers in person, online, and by phone to present vehicles, follow up, guide through the buying process, and close sales while building long-term relationships.

No automotive sales experience is required as training is provided on product knowledge, sales process, and customer engagement. This is a path into leadership within a luxury dealership and a long-term career opportunity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
• Available to work flexible hours & weekends
• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary
• Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs
• Effective communication skills
• Professional appearance
• Basic mathematical aptitude
• Ability to apply and understand reasoning
• Clean driving record with valid driver license
• Willing to submit to a background check & drug screening
