Continental Automotive Group in Austin, TX is seeking a results-oriented Sales Consultant to identify customer needs, present vehicles, conduct test drives, and guide buyers through the purchase process.

You will handle financing discussions, follow up with customers, and maintain accurate sales documentation while upholding the company's commitment to exceptional service and an inclusive, growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 1 year of prior dealership Sales Consultant experience is a MUST.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• English/Spanish bilingualism is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify customers’ needs and buying motivations and pair them with the correct vehicle.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Assist with test drives and guide customers to purchase.
• Explain financing options to customers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and input in the database.
• Follow up by phone and email with customers.
