The Continental Automotive Group in Austin, TX is seeking a motivated sales leader. You will organize schedules, training, interviewing, hiring, and goal setting while ensuring policies and sales systems are followed.

You will address customer concerns and develop promotions to empower teams, drive trade-ins, and manage inventory and lot merchandising. This full-time role requires a growth mindset and leadership, with weekend availability and a starting compensation of $100K based on performance

Qualifications

• Growth mindset, emotional stability and teamwork are required.
• Strong customer service focus and leadership abilities are essential.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Ensure sales team understands dealership policies, procedures and sales systems.
