Job summary

Cadillac of South San Francisco, part of Cornerstone Automotive Group, is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to guide clients through the vehicle purchase experience, from initial contact to delivery.

You will build relationships, tailor vehicle solutions, conduct test drives, negotiate, and maintain CRM records, with training and uncapped earning potential through commission and spiffs.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Sales experience is an asset, but not required.
• Comfortable using technology, digital communication tools, and CRM systems.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle solutions.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
