Responsabilités

• Welcome guests with warmth and curiosity, understanding needs before presenting options.
• Guide guests through the Mercedes-Benz lineup with product knowledge and brand context.
• Present vehicles and conduct test drives that create a real experience, not scripted.
• Build and maintain a guest pipeline through follow-up and CRM use.
