Jared by Signet Jewelers is hiring a Luxury Bridal Manager who will own the Bridal category, lead the customer experience during one of life’s most meaningful purchases, and set the standard for romance, confidence, and storytelling across the team.

You will drive Bridal presentations and visuals, coach monthly on diamond education and closing, build a culture of teamwork and accountability, and align brand moments with launches to grow conversion and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Own the Bridal category, including sales, behaviors, and standards.
• Lead visual marketing for Bridal, including merchandising and storytelling.
• Coach Bridal team monthly to improve diamond education, storytelling, and closing.
• Activate the brand promise by guiding customers through meaningful selections.
• Drive performance metrics like conversion and appointment culture.
• Develop Bridal talent in partnership with store leadership.
