Signet Jewelers in Georgia is seeking a Luxury Bridal Manager to own the Bridal category and lead an emotionally guided customer experience. You will coach the team, manage visuals, and ensure consistent, high-impact displays that celebrate romance and meaningful purchases.

The role requires deep product knowledge, storytelling, and the ability to drive sales performance while developing talent across the store team.

Responsibilities

• Own the Bridal Category Lead total Bridal category performance - including sales, behaviors, and standards
• Serve as the expert in diamonds, storytelling, and closing with confidence
• Drive consistency in Bridal presentations across all team members
• Lead Visual Marketing for Bridal
• Own Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling execution
• Ensure displays reinforce romance, emotion, and confidence in purchase
• Align visual focus to key moments, launches, and selling priorities
• Build Team Capability through monthly coaching with real-time feedback on diamond education and storytelling
• Activate the Brand Promise to help customers express individuality with guided experiences
• Drive Performance Excellence by improving KPIs including conversion, appointment culture, follow-up behaviors
• Reinforce consistent Bridal presentations across the team and lead by example
• Lead and Develop Talent by partnering with store leadership to identify Bridal talent
• Build a culture of teamwork, accountability, and shared success
