Signet Jewelers, owner of Jared the Galleria of Jewelry, seeks a Luxury Bridal Manager to lead the Bridal category and deliver an unforgettable customer experience. You will guide diamonds storytelling, ensure compelling presentations, and coach staff to elevate conversion and appointment culture.

The role emphasizes emotional, personal customer experiences, brand storytelling, and leadership in a high-touch jewelry environment.

Responsibilities

Own the Bridal Category lead, driving total category performance including sales, behaviors, and standards.
Serve as the expert in diamonds, storytelling, and closing with confidence.
Drive consistency in Bridal presentations across all team members.
Lead Visual Marketing for Bridal and own Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling.
Align displays to reinforce romance, emotion, and confidence in purchase.
Build team capability through monthly coaching and real-time feedback.
Activate the Brand Promise by helping customers express individuality with guided experiences.
Drive performance metrics like conversion and appointment culture.
Lead and develop Bridal talent in partnership with store leadership.
