Qualifications

• Experience leading jewelry sales teams or specialty retail teams.
• Strong knowledge of diamonds and storytelling to close sales.
• Ability to coach and develop team members for consistent bridal presentations.

Responsibilities

• Own the Bridal category performance including sales and standards.
• Serve as the expert in diamonds and closing with confidence.
• Drive consistency in Bridal presentations across all team members.
• Lead Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling execution.
• Provide monthly coaching to develop bridal talent and behaviors.
• Activate the brand promise and help customers express individuality.
• Drive KPIs: conversion, appointments, follow-up behaviors.
• Partner with store leadership to develop bridal talent.
