Jared Jewelers, part of Signet Jewelers, seeks a Luxury Bridal Manager to own the Bridal category and deliver a confident, emotionally engaging customer experience during one of life's meaningful moments. You will lead the Bridal team, drive visual storytelling, and coach for consistent, high-quality presentations across the store.

Responsibilities

• Own the Bridal Category — Lead total Bridal category performance, including sales, behaviours, and standards.
• Lead Visual Marketing for Bridal — Own Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling execution.
• Build Team Capability (Monthly Coaching) — Observe or coach one Bridal presentation per team member, monthly.
• Activate the Brand Promise — Help customers express individuality and celebrate meaningful moments.
• Drive Performance Excellence — Improve KPIs such as conversion and appointment culture.
• Lead and Develop Talent — Partner with store leadership to identify Bridal talent and foster teamwork.
