Job summary

Jared, part of Signet Jewelers, seeks a Luxury Bridal Manager to own the Bridal category and deliver confident, emotional guidance during meaningful purchases. You will lead visual storytelling, ensure consistent bridal presentations, and coach team members to elevate performance and customer experiences.

You will partner with store leadership to develop Bridal talent, reinforce brand promises, and drive KPIs while supporting a rewarding career path within a national brand.

Qualifications

• Experience leading bridal or luxury retail preferred.
• Strong customer storytelling and closing skills.
• Ability to coach and develop a team for consistent bridal presentations.

Responsibilities

• Own the Bridal Category: lead sales, behaviors, and standards across the team.
• Lead Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling execution.
• Build team capability with monthly coaching and feedback.
• Activate the Brand Promise by guiding customers through meaningful selections.
• Drive performance: improve conversion, appointments, and follow-up.
• Lead and develop talent in partnership with store leadership.
