Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville, part of Swickard Auto Group, is a Best of the Best flagship store seeking a Brand Specialist to warmly welcome guests with genuine warmth and guide them to the right Mercedes-Benz through curiosity and listening.

You will receive paid brand and product training, develop deep knowledge of the lineup and EQ electric portfolio, and present vehicles in a way that connects features to personal value.

Qualifications

• No automotive experience required; paid Mercedes-Benz brand and product training from day one.
• Luxury hospitality or high-end sales background preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and curiosity to understand their needs.
• Develop product knowledge through paid training, including the EQ portfolio.
• Present vehicles and conduct test drives linking features to customer values.
• Build a client pipeline with disciplined follow-up and CRM use.
• Collaborate with finance/management for a transparent purchase experience.
• Meet monthly targets for volume, gross, and CSI.
• Represent Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville and Swickard’s hospitality standards.
