Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville is looking for a Brand Specialist to greet guests, learn the Mercedes-Benz lineup, and guide buyers through a no-pressure experience. Training on brand and products begins on day one, with emphasis on building a trusted relationship in the Portland metro community.

Ideal candidates come from luxury hospitality or guest-facing sectors, possess a polished presence, and aim to grow into finance or leadership roles within Swickard. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• No automotive experience required; paid brand and product training provided from day one.
• Luxury hospitality or guest-facing background preferred, with emphasis on trust and service.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and understand what matters before presenting a vehicle.
• Present vehicles and conduct test drives to connect features with guest values.
• Build a client pipeline via disciplined follow-up and CRM use.
• Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a transparent purchase experience.
• Meet monthly targets across volume, gross, and CSI.
