You will guide guests through the Mercedes-Benz lineup, perform presentations and test drives, and build relationships via CRM, helping customers through the purchase process. Strong communication and a professional presence are essential.

Qualifications

• Warm, polished guest service orientation.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or consultative selling preferred.
• Ability to work weekends as needed.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Meet monthly targets while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Be available on weekends when the showroom is busiest.
