Balmain is seeking a Sales Associate in Houston to act as brand ambassador, deliver personalized client experiences, and exceed sales targets. You will represent Balmain's ethos both in store and at events, building strong client relationships.

The role requires luxury retail experience, exceptional organizational skills, and a collaborative spirit. Spanish is a plus; you will work with a team to achieve store goals and maintain Balmain's high standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of luxury retail experience.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Solutions-based thinker with a collaborative attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Represent Balmain’s ethos and values in-store and at events.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Balmain’s history, heritage and products.
• Provide outstanding client service and ambassadorial brand representation.
• Drive and exceed individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales.
• Recruit new clients and build meaningful relationships.
• Foster relationships with existing clients through outreach.
• Be a team player and collaborate with peers to drive store success.
• Support management with operational duties as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
