Qualifications

• 3+ years of Luxury Retail Experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills, follow through and attention to detail.
• Solutions based thinker.
• Collaborative spirit and proactive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to speak Spanish preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Represent Balmain’s ethos and values in-store and at events.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Balmain’s history, heritage and products.
• Provide outstanding service to clients and uphold Balmain standards.
• Drive and exceed individual KPI goals through customer service and sales.
• Be creative and entrepreneurial; make recommendations to management based on observations and client experiences.
• Recruit new clients and build meaningful relationships with them by introducing the brand and making recommendations.
• Foster relationships with existing clients via outreach initiatives.
• Be a team player; collaborate with peers and contribute to store success.
• Support the management team with operational duties as needed, and adhere to company policies.
