Job summary

Balmain, a French luxury fashion house, seeks a seasoned Retail Manager for its Costa Mesa store. Lead client development, coach staff, and drive daily sales while maintaining Balmain’s brand standards and in-store experience.

You will collaborate with the New York Office and local partners, recruit diverse talent, and ensure operations and inventory controls meet Balmain’s expectations. Excellent organizational skills and luxury retail experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Retail Management experience in luxury sector.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving attitude and proactive collaboration.
• People and performance management experience.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel 15% internationally and domestically.

Responsibilities

• Represent Balmain’s ethos on the sales floor and manage client relationships.
• Lead and develop store team to consistently achieve sales goals.
• Coordinate with Buying & Merchandising to ensure assortment aligns with market needs.
