Qualifications

• 3+ years of luxury retail experience required.
• Exceptional organizational skills, follow through and attention to detail.
• Strong problem solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Collaborative spirit and proactive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of Balmain history, heritage and products and prioritize client’s interests.
• Provide impeccable service to clients and act as a Balmain brand ambassador.
• Drive and exceed individual KPI goals through high-quality customer service and sales.
• Maintain an active, accurate client book and follow up on sales and client requests.
• Assist in merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
