Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 12+ years of directly related experience; 10+ with Master’s degree.
• Luxury products industry experience required.
• Data-driven with ability to translate insights into actionable reports.
• Exemplary project management and ability to juggle multiple priorities.

• Lead the development and execution of the brand's Go to Market strategy.
• Oversee digital, brand and channel marketing; lead showroom and trade marketing.
• Drive social media and online digital marketing strategy.
• Ensure website content integrity; drive traffic and CRM data quality.
• Articulate brand pillars and product philosophies across go-to-market plans.
• Collaborate with sales regions to align goals and reduce redundancies.
• Lead cross-functional teams for innovative opportunities from consumer insights.
• Partner with teams to define consumer journey and winning messaging across touchpoints.
• Direct management of Dacor’s social platforms to build brand equity and engagement.
• Manage agencies, vendors and contracts; oversee SOW execution.
• Oversee marketing programs for product introductions and business development.
• Approve advertising and promotional materials for events and launches.
• Set revenue and profit goals; create annual marketing budget.
