Job summary

Brunello Cucinelli in Los Angeles seeks Brand Ambassadors to deliver a memorable guest experience, support the Store Manager, and uphold the Humanistic philosophy of Solomeo. You will be a guardian of the brand and drive sales while maintaining store operations.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in elevated retail or hospitality, exceptional service, and fluency in English. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Strong affinity for Brunello Cucinelli brand and philosophy.
• High School Diploma required.
• 3-5 years’ experience in elevated retail or hospitality.
• Exceptional customer service and networking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook and Excel).
• Ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Able to work varied schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading customer service building guest loyalty through in-store experience.
• Maximize all selling opportunities to achieve and exceed goals and drive repeat business.
• Proactively resolve customer service issues with best-in-class service.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and utilize resources to understand assortment.
• Maintain awareness of current marketing and promotional activity.
• Act as a brand ambassador embodying brand philosophy and lifestyle.
• Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and other tasks as assigned.
• Support inventory levels to prevent shrink and loss.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained.
• Build relationships with colleagues across stores and Corporate Partners.
• Demonstrate reliability and integrity in all interactions and follow company policy.
• Foster teamwork and seek feedback for growth.
